By accessing or using Drytis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Drytis provides a platform that combines AI-assisted coding with access to human engineers. The Service includes a subscription-based workspace (Studio) and credit-based build modes (Drytis 5.1, Edge 2.2, and Albert 2.1).
The Studio subscription is billed at $25/month. Credit-based modes (Drytis 5.1, Edge 2.2, and Albert 2.1) are billed through credits consumed based on token usage. You can purchase additional credits at any time.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You retain full ownership of all code and content you create using Drytis. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to build malicious software. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you use Edge 2.2 or Albert 2.1, engineers may be connected to your project. The scope and cost of engineering work is always confirmed with you before work begins. Engineers work within the Drytis platform and do not take your code outside of it.
Drytis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
